Prewet the paper filter and dump the water out

Pour 50ml(50ml) of water for blooming the coffee, you can swirl like rao-spin to make sure all grounds are saturated

Pour 50ml(100ml) of water in circular motion

Pour 50ml(150ml) of water in circular motion

Pour 50ml(200ml) of water in circular motion, agitating your brew in the last pour can extend your brewing time if you want to achieved more sweetness.

End of Brewing
You can adjust the grind-size if you have more than 2 minutes and 15 seconds of brewing time. This can be caused by the paper filter material, the grinder, or the pouring speed.
Using a flat bottom dripper allows you to highlight the sweetness of the coffee. This coffee has a high acidity and medium sweetness, so to achieve a balanced taste, we recommend using a flat-bottomed dripper.
