Return and Exchanges

You are eligible to return products bought online within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please return items brand new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

If you are returning a coffee that has defect notes, Please send us a message with date of roast and coffee name, we will evaluate the coffee with the same coffee name and date of roast before we proceed on the return.

 

How to return

  1. Please contact us for a return order number.
    If you to return a product, whether this is due to your convenience or defect, please contact us. Simply send us message with the information below with your Order number and your message. We will respond immediately or within 1-2 business days(if we're offline) .

  2. Send us your return
    Write your Order number on the outside of your box of the item, and send us message with the picture of the item.

    Please understand that we cannot cover the entire return shipping costs

    Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 4-6 business days of receipt of your return.

 

Exchanges

if you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of your return and placing a new order now ensures that you'll get your new item quickly, and that it won't go out of stock.
