Our favorite and go-to origin will always be Ethiopia, Our inspiration in this Alo village was our friend Current Coffee Roasters from Cebu. Philippines - Sitio Naguey, Washed 2025
Our first local origin is from Sitio Naguey of Benguet. As a micro-roaster, having a small buying power is so hard to get and secure a bag from our local origin since big companies already bought a tons of sacks before it release by the producer.This coffee is very sweet that lingers on your tongue, flavors of brown sugar or arnibal sweetness, It has a spices like ginger, and acidity is tamarind candy like that we often buy in sari-sari store, the after taste is cacao nibs.   We Paid... We love colombia micro-lots, especially from Jairo Arcilla, our previous coffee was Santa Monica, White wine fermentation was an exceptional and a very unique coffee that gives you coca cola taste. Today we found a new coffee from her wife Luz Helena Salazar a Pink bourbon variety with a process of washed at the farm of La Leona. China - Pu'er Yunnan Washed 2024
This is our first washed process ever and the challenge part is that Green coffee beans doesn't have SCA grade but base on our evaluation this coffee is around 80 to 82 grade (only in our evaluation). To keep supporting our Chinese friend named Tony who's directly forwarding coffee from the farm who has a long time friend and good relationship with, Tony is the middle man who speak from us to the farm since we don't speak mandarin. Our first eve microlot release in March 2023. I started as Homebrewer and I discover Jairo Arcila in a lot of roaster last 2020 from different roaster around the world. Until Jairo becomes my favorite producer from Colombia.
