Our first eve microlot release in March 2023. I started as Homebrewer and I discover Jairo Arcila in a lot of roaster last 2020 from different roaster around the world. Until Jairo becomes my favorite producer from Colombia.
I really love how they elevate the coffee from the Colombia, The white wine fermentation is more on enhancing the acidity and sweetness to push the development further in roasting.

Pricing Explained
This is the Free on Board(FOB): the price paid to the exporter before shipping, which does not include shipping costs, weight loss, storage, and other charges. Ultimately, the FOB price represents the $ figure that stays in the coffee country of origin, benefiting its producers, community, and beyond.
Sero Coffee is a firm believer in paying our coffee producers a fair price. We want to follow the best practices of the Transparency Coffee Pledge as a startup, even though we haven't signed it yet. Our aim is to offer you, our valued customer, honest and transparent pricing information so that you can understand where your money is going. We believe that sustainable prices equal sustainable business and a sustainable future for all as a result.
