Ethiopia - Peaberry G1 Natural 2022
Share
Our first coffee will be released in August 2022. As a startup, we would like to focus on two processes, which are natural and washed, so we can learn how we can play around with the natural characters of coffee flavor.
We picked Ethiopia because this is the most popular coffee origin we have tasted since we started brewing specialty coffee. We want to be transparent, but as a small startup business, we don't have a way to directly trade with the farm and visit the farm and learn their process for this coffee, but we do apply the best practices for being transparent for our valued customers.

Pricing Explained
This is the Free on Board(FOB): the price paid to the exporter before shipping, which does not include shipping costs, weight loss, storage, and other charges. Ultimately, the FOB price represents the ¥ figure that stays in the coffee country of origin, benefiting its producers, community, and beyond.
Sero Coffee is a firm believer in paying our coffee producers a fair price. We want to follow the best practices of the Transparency Coffee Pledge as a startup, even though we haven't signed it yet. Our aim is to offer you, our valued customer, honest and transparent pricing information so that you can understand where your money is going. We believe that sustainable prices equal sustainable business and a sustainable future for all as a result.
