SHIPPING & RETURNS

We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. Need to return something? Follow these steps

Roast policy

First In, First Out (FIFO)

We follow a FIFO system, meaning the first coffee that enters our inventory will be the first to go out. This ensures fairness, proper rotation, and consistent freshness in every order we ship.

We Don’t Ship Coffee Older Than One Month

Freshness is important to us. We make sure that all beans shipped to you are less than a month from their roast date. Anything older than that is never shipped out.

Requesting a Fresh Roast

If you prefer a freshly roasted batch, you can request one at checkout or message us in Instagram (@serocoffeeroasters) or email us at orders@serocoffee.com. A fresh roast takes time to prepare, so it will ship out after 7 days to allow for roasting, and cupping to ensure each batch meets our flavor and quality standards.

What “7-Day Pre-Order” Means

Our 7-day pre-order window allows us to roast your coffee if your chosen item is currently unavailable. If the beans are ready and in stock, we ship your order right away. If the beans need to be roasted, we use those 7 days to prepare a fresh batch and cup it before shipping.

Pre-order does not always mean your coffee is freshly roasted—it simply reserves your beans based on availability and our roasting schedule.
